Blackberry PlayBook

One proof of the sophistication of today's technology is the Blackberry Playbook. Blackberry Playbook is a new product created by Research In Motion specifically to compete with rivals like Apple and Samsung IPad Galaxy Tab.

Playbook Blackberry has a great specification including: micro USB connector, or about 400 grams lighter and yet has the features of a fairly complete, front and back camera with each of the 3 megapixel and 5 megapixel camera that can record video at high resolution, multi-touch, as well as Other sophistication that is not less important.

Playbook new Blackberry will be marketed mid-2011. Even so enthusiastic lovers society have been seen since the current Blackberry. So that we can be sure that the Blackberry Playbook will suck up the attention of pecintanya and get the market and its own place in the hearts of the community when released later.

Playbook Blackberry's market share is of course the Blackberry enthusiasts, especially lovers of the Blackberry brand fanatic. They were the first consumers of potential to be attacked by Blackberry Playbook when launched later.

Blackberry Playbook was also able to be used as a phone, although its size is not like the phone. Apparently dualism, which carried by Blackberry Playbook really want to compete with the previous product which is also having a certain equal, namely Apple iPad which can be used as a phone too.

Toshiba Folio

Toshiba's new tablet showcased at IFA Folio told reporters last month. Folio with 10.1-inch screen it is intended to compete with the iPad, through a visual experience similar to Apple iPad.

The Folio uses Nvidia Tegra platform 2 and run the latest Android Froyo 2.2. The version we saw at IFA supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, but without 3G. Toshiba had planned to make a 3G version, but the first version of the Folio clearly intended to compete with Wi-Fi version of the iPad.

Features that are owned, among others, an SD card slot for expanded storage, front facing webcam for video calls and HDMI output for playing back HD video content on a TV or monitor. The downside is the weight of 760g, makes Folio 80 g heavier than the iPad, which is not too mild.

The selling price in Indonesia for Toshiba Folio approximately 5.8 million, making Folio cheaper than the WiFi version of the iPad.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Samsung Galaxy Tab

Earlier here I wrote about "Playbook BlackBerry, Samsung Galaxy Tab or IPAD, bagusan where?" Now we will try to find out more how good and Samsung Galaxy weaknesses and shortcomings of this Tab.
Galaxy Tab has a 7 inch screen, the screen is small when compared with Apple iPad. With a screen size of this hour, enjoying the application in it certainly is not enjoyable when enjoyed in the IPAD with a larger screen. But there's good side. Applications android could always walk with a fitting in the Galaxy Tab including compatibility with the screen ratio. Unlike the iPhone applications that run on the iPad, some applications like twitter and facebook look less fit. A large screen on the iPad certainly does not fit the iPhone screen is much smaller. Apple should think about this so that iPhone applications are also prepared to walk with IPAD can fit / good at both.

The advantages and disadvantages of ipad 2

iPad second generation or iPad 2 has a few days ago began to be marketed in the U.S., then would follow Europe, Japan and Australia later this month in Indonesia, and probably already available in April. Latest compared iPad iPad two older much faster, much thinner (one-third of the previous IPAD) and lighter with a camera built-in one in front for video-conferencing and one in the back for photos and high definition video. For more details about iPad 2, here's more details.
Design of the iPad 2
iPad two really beautiful, more slim and more eye-catching color choices especially with the availability of white. iPad 2 thinner than the iPhone 4 and 33 percent thinner than the first iPad. Just imagine, previously in-'sedot 13.4mm thick fat 'so be 8.8mm thinner. When compared with the iPod touch and iPhone 4, form iPad two similar-similar to the iPod touch that looks like the iPhone is not too square 4. Weighing was down from 1.5 pounds to 1.3 pounds.
Hardware Side
Excess iPad iPad 2 than the first generation of the most prominent visible from the hardware side. iPad 2 has a processor and a faster graphics with full High Definition HDMI output, HD 720p rear camera and VGA front camera. All this brings the latest generation iPad iPad far ahead of the first and competitors-competitors including Motorola Xoom, Samsung and BlackBerry Palybook Galaxy Tab
Excess iPad 2:
- Having A5 processor Apple Dual-core 1GHz are two times faster than its predecessor.
- Graph was also developed where the GPU was nine times faster than before.
- And it consumes battery power like previous specs that use A4 processor.
- The camera has exposure and focus controls are similar to the iPhone. We live to tap the part that we want to focus.
- Has a built-in gyroscope just like the iPhone 4.
- The battery is 25 watt-resistant up to ten hours on the use of wi-fi, watching videos or listening to music. Same as previous ipad, the batteries hold up to a month on stand-by mode.
- IPad 2 has an additional accessory which is better and can be purchased separately as smart mirrored cover and HDMI video output.
The only bad or shortcomings iPad 2, which can be mentioned are:
- There are no major changes in the side of the screen where they are still using 9.7-inch LED 1024 × 768-pixel IPS (in-plane switching) display. In fact, we expect the pixel is larger than that or maybe like the iPhone and iPod touch using retinal display technology. Perhaps because of price considerations which will be expensive to make these features are not added to the iPad 2.
- Another deficiency is the absence of Thunderbolt-tech technology to transfer files quickly and we may have to wait iPad next generation who will use this technology.
- IPad wi-fi model have not paired the GPS so that still use wifi to its location based services.

strengths and weaknesses touchcsreen

Device that utilizes the touchscreen will provide convenience and speed of access for its users. We do not have to bother to look for keys on the keyboard / keypad in executing a command. Users who are used, will be optimal access the menus of the most frequently used so that the whole process will be faster. Some examples of the application to the notebook / PC or mobile phone, top-level menus will be more accessible. Notebook type Tablet PC or touchscreen display on the ATM / vending machine / kiosk is very helpful in this regard. Menu is structured so that users do not need much thinking, directly touching the screen and the command will be executed. Another example, device to find out the inventory at the warehouse or the condition of goods on shelves in the supermarket will be faster and easier when using the touchscreen. The latest technology even allows us to write with a finger or stylus, and translated as it is. This is often referred to the ability of Handwriting Recognition (handwriting recognition / picture hand). Apple products like the iPod and the touchpad on the MacBook Air can actually recognize touch on several points at once (multi-touch) without any problems. For example, zooming the photo / drawing on the iPhone can be done by moving two fingers at once.
